International orders may be shipped by the following service providers depending on the destination and logistics availability:

DHL

UPS International

Local postal or cooperative courier

We will select the most suitable service provider based on the weight, size and region of the order to ensure safe and fast delivery.

3. Processing and delivery time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days after payment confirmation

In case of holidays, promotion peaks or custom orders, the processing time may be slightly extended

After delivery, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number, and you can check the logistics progress in real time

4. Delivery time
Within the United States: usually delivered within 4 working days (depending on the region and logistics method)

International orders: generally delivered within 15 working days, some areas may be extended due to customs clearance time

5. Shipping fee description
The shipping fee will be automatically calculated based on the weight, volume and delivery address of the goods at the time of settlement

International orders may incur tariffs or import fees, which shall be borne by the recipient

6. Packaging and damage handling
We use professional packaging materials to ensure the safety of the goods during transportation. If the goods received are obviously damaged, please contact customer service within 48 hours after signing and provide photos, and we will assist you in handling returns or claims.
